Information About Telephone Advice
Telephone advice for tax consultation helps with tax-related questions. Members can call at the cost of a phone call, and there is a separate, number for non-members who must pay to obtain service.
Telephone advice for TATA members is available on workdays from 10:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at +255 749 600 888. Members can get advice at the cost of a telephone charge* (local network charge/mobile charge)
When you call the counseling service, you will be asked for your membership number. Please bring it up in advance. You can see your membership on your membership card or on your invoice. The membership number consists of 4–8 digits.

Non-member advice
Non-members can ask for advice from the tax lawyer hotline, which answers on 0733 600 888 on workdays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. The price of the service is Tsh 30,000/= + local network charge/mobile charge.
Note The call charge is either a local network charge (local network charge) charged when calling from a landline or a mobile phone charge charged when calling from a mobile phone. The amounts of these fees vary from operator to operator.
