Mission To advocate and protect the rights and interests of taxpayers by bringing them together, promote tax compliance while enhancing government accountability in provision of good services, assisting taxpayers in resolving tax challenges and disputes, influencing tax policies, providing information and conducting research aimed at expanding the tax base for purposes of improving the tax system globally and particularly in Tanzania
